第一站：云南昆明和平天使幼儿园（预计2018年9月开园）
在云南昆明项目负责人潘孜奕陪同下，对云南昆明和平天使新建园进行了考察指导。在装修现场就室内规划合理布局、环境创设、教室设置，设计方案中的文化融合、特色体现等都提出了建设性意见。
First stop: Kunming peace angel kindergarten, Yunnan (expected to open in September 2018)
Accompanied by Pan Ziyi, head of the Kunming project in Yunnan, they conducted an inspection and guidance to the new coming up opening kindergarten. They delivered suggested opinions at the site of the decoration, the rational layout of the interior planning, the creation of the environment, the setting of the classroom and the cultural integration and the characteristics of the design.
幼儿园重中之重的工作就是确保幼儿安全，促进幼儿健康成长。总园长肖淑彦细致观察、耐心指导，逐一指出室内外硬件环境中不安全隐患，要求做好调整和处理，以确保开园后孩子们的安全。
The most important task in kindergartens is to ensure children's safety and promote their healthy growth. Ms.Xiao Shuyan, the chief principle, carefully observed and gave patient gaudiness. She pointed out the hidden dangers in the indoor and outdoor hardware environment, and required readjustment and treatment to ensure the safety of the children after the opening of the kindergarten.
幼儿园管理者是国家教育方针政策与教育目标在幼儿园中实施与实现的执行者；教师是教育过程中的主体，同时又是幼儿学习、模仿的对象，其人格特征、言行举止、心里健康状况以及对待幼儿的态度，直接影响着幼儿的发展。一所优质的幼儿园需要高水平专业的管理团队和师资，对新园所来说更是如此。利用此次考察机会，肖淑彦总园长、赵金欧总督学亲自参与了云南和平天使幼儿园人员招聘工作，从中选拔出优秀管理人员和教师，为新园开园奠定了良好的基础。
The administrator of the kindergarten is the executor of the implementation and Realization of the national education policy and educational goal in the kindergarten; the teacher is the main body of the education process and the object of the children's learning and imitating. Their personality, their behavior, mental health and the attitude would affect directly to children’s development. A high quality kindergarten needs a high level professional management team and teachers, especially for a new opened kindergarten. With this opportunity, Ms. Xiao and Ms. Zhao personally participated in the recruitment of Yunnan Peace Angel kindergarten and selected outstanding managers and teachers, which laid a good foundation for the opening of the kindergarten.
第二站：台州、义乌宋庆龄幼儿园 （预计2019年3月开园）
总园长肖淑彦、总督学赵金欧来到台州、义乌项目园，分别与台州椒江教育局局长，义乌政协主席、教育局副局长、学前科科长进行会晤，对幼儿园项目提出了建设性意见和要求。当地政府对宋庆龄幼儿园建设给予了高度关注和大力支持。
Second stop: Taizhou, Yiwu Soong Ching Ling Kindergarten (expected to be opened in March 2019)
Principle Ms. Xiao and Ms. Zhao, the general inspector came to Taizhou and Yiwu projects for and met with the director of the Taizhou Jiaojiang Education Bureau, the chairman of the Yiwu Political Consultative Conference, the deputy director of the Education Bureau and the head of the preschool section. They gave presented put constructive opinions and requirements for the new kindergartens. The local government has given high attention and strong support to Soong Ching Ling kindergarten construction.
同时在台州、义乌项目负责人包海平、朱锐冰的陪同下还分别参观了当地两所规模较大的优质幼儿园，对当地教育有了进一步的了解。无论哪里、无论什么样的园所,其办园思想、办园目标、办园特色都是按照国家教育大纲要求、围绕幼儿发展需求以及当地风俗文化特色而设置和安排的。
Meanwhile, accompanied by the project directors Mr. Bao Haiping and Mr. Zhu Ruibing in Taizhou and Yiwu, they visited two high quality kindergartens with of large scale locally and had further understanding with local education. No matter where and what kind of kindergarten, the principle should be accordance with the requirements of the national education syllabus, the needs of children’s development and the local culture.
本次督导工作促进了集团与新建园所之间的沟通与交流，拉近了彼此的距离，同时也给予了几所幼儿园及时有效的支持和帮助；各园所项目负责人积极配合、认真聆听记录、及时修改调整、在规范办园方面迈出了重要的一步。在新园始建之初，重视科学规范的指导，引领园所因地制宜为幼儿创设与教育相适宜的良好环境，践行宋庆龄精神：
The supervision work promoted the communication between Century Raising Education Group and the newly built kindergartens and shortened our distance. And also gave effective support and help to the kindergartens. The project leaders actively cooperated, listened carefully to the records, modified and adjusted in time. They have taken an important step on the regulation of kindergarten. At the starting time of a new kindergarten, we should attach importance to the guidance of scientific norms, and lead the garden to create a good environment suitable for the creation and education of the children to fulfill the spirit of Soong Ching Ling.
