——Thematic training for the education directors
The guide to children's development at the age of 3-6 points out that children's learning is based on direct experience in games and daily life. We should value the unique value of game and life, create a rich educational environment, arrange a day's life reasonably, support and satisfy the needs of children to gain experience through direct perception, practical operation and personal experience. Teachers should pay attention to observation and understanding of young children, to respecting for each child's learning characteristics and development needs, to the changes and growth of each child, to the reflection and summary of the experience of daily education, and constantly improve the level of specialization and the ability of scientific education.
According to the "2018 annual work plan", "the actual problems found in the guiding process" and "the result of the questionnaire feedback from the education directors", we organized specifically the education director and one key teacher of each kindergarten from Beijing, Chongqing and Suzhou to participate the thematic training, on spot discussion and cultural exchange activities from May 9th to May 12th, 2018.

How to create a good education environment suitable for educational objectives and educational content, to provide adequate opportunities and conditions for young children, to meet the needs of children in the local conditions, to meet the needs of children's development, and to make children the host of the environment.

Environment is an important educational resource and a latent course for children to learn. And it’s the external condition that triggering and supporting the development of children's game learning. The work of the kindergarten education is the center of all the work of the kindergarten. All the work of the kindergarten must be carried out around this center. The director of the education is the main part of the management of the education. Its business ability directly affects the quality of the nursery education.
