重科研,促教师专业发展 Emphasis on scientific research and promote professional development of Teachers

为深化理解国家发展学前教育任务的具体要求,认真贯彻落实《幼儿园教育指导纲要(试行)》及《3-6岁儿童学习与发展指南》的指导精神,丰富幼儿智力发展的教育教学实践经验,世纪瑞晨于2015年3月申报了国家社会科学基金重点项目子课题《绘本教学活动中提升幼儿逻辑思维能力的实践研究》,希望通过发掘绘本教学活动中多元的教育教学方法来加强幼儿的阅读理解及表达能力,促进幼儿逻辑思维能力的提升。
In order to deeply understand national preschool education development task, conscientiously implement the "Guidelines for Kindergarten Education (Trial)" and "3-6 years old children's learning and development guide” and enrich the intellectual development of children teaching experience, SJRC declared the practical research on raising the logical thinking ability of children in picture book teaching activities in March, 2015. We hope to strengthen the children's reading comprehension and expression ability through the multiple teaching methods in picture books teaching activities, so as to promote the children's logical thinking ability.
2017年9月25日-9月29日教学督导中心总督学赵金欧老师、肖淑彦总园长,教研连晶晶老师一同前往重庆和平天使幼儿园进行为期五天的督导工作,此行除了了解园所现状并给予交流、指导外,主要任务是完成逻辑思维课题示范课的拍摄,探讨课题“后测”的相关工作。目前,《绘本教学活动中提升幼儿逻辑思维能力的实践研究》课题已进入结题准备阶段。

Director of teaching supervising center Ms. Zhao Jinou, Chief of Beijing Soong Chingling kindergarten Ms. Xiao Shuyan and Ms. Lian Jingjing from teaching & researching Dept. went to Chong Qing Peach Angel Kindergarten from Sep. 25th to 29th, 2017. Besides the understanding kindergarten’s situation and delivering communication and guidance, the main task is to complete the shooting of the logical thinking demonstration lessons, and to discuss topics related to "after test". At present, the practical study of promoting children's logical thinking ability in picture book teaching activities has entered the stage of preparation.



与园所教师进行座谈,阐述本次督导工作的主要内容,收集教育需求,以便给予教师更有效的帮助和指导。
Discuss with the kindergarten teachers, explain the main contents of the supervision work, and collect the educational needs so as to give the teachers more effective help and guidance.



逻辑思维课题示范课的拍摄工作正在进行,随后与教师一起讨论、反思和调整。
The filming of the logical thinking demonstration course is in processing, followed by discussions, reflections and adjustments with the teachers.

和课题小组的教师一起讨论“后测题”相关事宜。
Discuss “after test questions” with teachers from the topic group.
 
短短五天行程收获颇多:课题示范课拍摄工作圆满结束,教师在示范课的观摩和评价过程中,面对问题积极探索,找出有效的解决途径与方法。将教学与科研相结合,既能针对性地解决实际问题,又能提升教师实践创新的能力,从而促进教师专业化成长,提高教育教学质量。
We’ve been harvested a lot during the five days short journey. The shooting of the subject demonstration course has been successfully concluded. In the process of the course demonstration and evaluation, our teachers have faced the problems positively and explored the effective solutions and methods to solve them.
