——保教主任研修班专题培训篇

——Thematic training for the education directors
《3-6岁儿童发展指南》中指出:幼儿的学习是以直接经验为基础,在游戏和日常生活中进行的。要珍视游戏和生活的独特价值,创设丰富的教育环境,合理安排一日生活,最大限度地支持和满足幼儿通过直接感知、实际操作和亲身体验获取经验的需要。教师要注重观察了解幼儿、注重尊重每个幼儿的学习特点和发展需要,注重关注每个幼儿的变化和成长,注重反思和总结日常教育实践经验,不断提高专业化水平和科学保教能力。
The guide to children's development at the age of 3-6 points out that children's learning is based on direct experience in games and daily life. We should value the unique value of game and life, create a rich educational environment, arrange a day's life reasonably, support and satisfy the needs of children to gain experience through direct perception, practical operation and personal experience. Teachers should pay attention to observation and understanding of young children, to respecting for each child's learning characteristics and development needs, to the changes and growth of each child, to the reflection and summary of the experience of daily education, and constantly improve the level of specialization and the ability of scientific education.
根据 “2018年度工作计划”、“入园指导过程中发现的实际问题”和“保教主任现存困惑的调查问卷反馈结果”,特安排“北京”、“重庆”、“苏州”园所保教主任和一名骨干教师来北京总部参加2018年5月9日-5月12日为期4天的专题培训、实地研讨、文化交流活动。
According to the "2018 annual work plan", "the actual problems found in the guiding process" and "the result of the questionnaire feedback from the education directors", we organized specifically the education director and one key teacher of each kindergarten from Beijing, Chongqing and Suzhou to participate the thematic training, on spot discussion and cultural exchange activities from May 9th to May 12th, 2018.

专题一 环境创设
主讲:教学督导中心经理陶涛老师
创设与教育目标、教育内容相适应的良好教育环境,为幼儿提供充分活动的机会和条件,能因地制宜,满足幼儿发展的需要,让幼儿成为环境的主人。

环境是重要的教育资源,是幼儿学习的“潜课程”,环境是引发、支持幼儿游戏学习发展的外部条件。优质的教育环境可以促进幼儿主动的全面的富有个性的发展,因此。教育者要以幼儿为主体,注重环境中的师幼互动,关注幼儿的发展进程、实际需要,为幼儿创设高水平的教育环境。
Environment is an important educational resource and a latent course for children to learn. And it’s the external condition that triggering and supporting the development of children's game learning. High quality educational environment can promote children's initiative and all-round personality development. Educators should take children as the main body, pay attention to the interaction between teachers and children in the environment, to the development process and actual needs of children, and create a high level of education environment for children.
专题二 保教主任研修课程(第一期)

保教工作是幼儿园全部工作的中心,幼儿园的一切工作都必须围绕这一中心开展,这是幼儿园的独特特点,是由幼儿园的性质和任务所决定的。因此,在幼儿园管理工作中,应以保教管理为核心,保证和提升保教工作质量,促进幼儿身心和谐发展。

保教主任是实施保教管理的主体,其业务能力直接影响幼儿园保教工作质量,在幼儿园的保教管理实践过程中,保教主任要发挥管理的导向和调控作用,将保教过程纳入科学运行轨道,推动园所质量不断提升。

听课是一种行之有效的研究课堂教学的重要手段和途径。评课是幼儿园教育系统的一个重要组成部分,是评价教师专业发展和教学能力的重要手段。
听评课目的是研究教育活动的有效性,提升教师组织教育活动能力以及提高课堂教学研究的水平。
保教主任只有科学有效的利用听、评课提升教育教学的质量,才能更快的促进教师的专业成长。
Attending lectures is an effective way and means to study classroom teaching. Class evaluation is an important part of kindergarten education system, and an important means to evaluate teachers' professional development and teaching ability.
The purpose of listening assessment is to study the effectiveness of educational activities, enhance teachers' ability to organize educational activities and improve the level of classroom teaching research.

The stressful and rich special training provides an energy field for teachers.
