Suzhou Soong Chingling Kindergarten is an international kindergarten managed by SJRC Education Investment & Management Co. Ltd. SJRC has always given full effort to support and assist this kindergarten and it’s already been opened for 2 years from 2015. By the leaders’ help and support, Suzhou Soong Chingling Kindergarten is keeping a steady development. 

为了了解公司旗下不同地区园所的各方面情况，加强集团化管理，以便更好的提升园所的办园质量，2017年11月13日至14日世纪瑞晨市场总监兼总园长肖淑彦、教学部总督学赵金欧、人力资源总监马月红、教研中心钟秋瑜及北京宋庆龄幼儿园保教主任王丽莉一行5人来到苏州宋庆龄幼儿园进行分享与交流。

In order to know the situation of every kindergarten in different regions, strength the group management, and prove the quality of kindergarten, the Marketing Director, also the general director of Beijing Soong Chingling Kindergarten, Ms. Xiao Shunyan, the teaching supervisor Ms. Zhao Jinou, HR director Ms. Ma Yuehong, Ms. Zhong Qiuyu from tteaching & researching Dept, and Ms. Wang Lili from Beijing Soong Chingling Kindergarten came together to Suzhou Soong Chingling Kindergarten for sharing and communication.

Accompanied by the Ms. Li Ting, the general director of Suzhou Soong Chingling Kindergarten, we got to know the detailed introduction of the kindergarten.

与园所教师座谈，教师畅所欲言，从不同角度表达了对工作的热忱及对幼教事业的热爱。

We talked freely with the teachers of Kindergarten. They were very active to express the sincerity and love to preschool education. 

为了能进一步了解幼儿园的的教学情况，在王珊珊老师的陪同下观摩了国际班的半日活动，班级活动的组织安排科学合理，站位清晰。英文教学活动的设计游戏化，组织环节流畅，幼儿兴趣高，课堂气氛活跃。活动结束后，赵金欧老师针对此次观摩与保教主任和老师进行了沟通指导。

In order to further understand the teaching situation of kindergarten, accompanied by teacher Wang Shanshan, we observed the half day activities of international class. The arrangement of class activities was scientific and reasonable, and their standing position was clear. The design of English teaching activities is game oriented smooth organization. The children have great interest and the classroom atmosphere is active. After the event, Ms. Zhao Jinou and Ms. Wang Shanshan communicated with each other and share the opinions. 

本次交流活动进一步深入的了解了苏州宋庆龄幼儿园管理与教学情况。同时对幼儿园工作也是一次鞭策与激励。相信苏州宋庆龄幼儿园将以此为契机，进一步细化常规管理，扎实开展好每一项保教工作，不断开创教育教学工作新局面。

The exchange activity this time is to deeply understand the management and teaching situation of Suzhou Soong Chingling Kindergarten. Meanwhile it is also motivation to Kindergarten.
