自综合管理中心人力资源主管马老师加入世纪瑞晨后,公司董事长十分重视细化和完善人力资源工作,尤其是对于员工的培训工作,在董事长的引领和指导下,确定了公司的员工培训和企业文化培训内容。图为人力资源主管马老师为大家做员工培训和企业文化培训。
Since HR director, Ms.Ma of the Management center joined SJRC, the chairman of company paid much attention improving the work of human resources, especially for staff training. By the guidance of the chairman, Ms. Dong, the staff training and enterprise culture training were confirmed. Ms. Ma was giving HR training to all the stuff of SJRC. Please see pictures as following.
培训过程中大家听的都十分认真,有老师纷纷表示听过企业文化培训—走进宋庆龄后非常感动,也很受鼓舞。培训过后老师们踊跃讨论互动,并且向马老师提出的宝贵的意见和建议。相信在同事们的支持下,企业文化培训会走进每一所宋庆龄幼儿园,让更多宋幼人了解认同我们的文化,更有归属感,荣誉感和使命感,对我们正在做的事业有更深一步的理解。
During the training, everyone listened carefully. Some teachers said they were really touched and inspired after the training of enterprise culture—Come closer to Soong Chingling. After the training, the teachers discussed and interacted with each other, and give valuable advice and suggestions to Ms. Ma. I believe with the support of colleagues, the training of the enterprise culture will go into every Soong Chingling kindergarten, Our aim to make more Soong people understand our culture identity, to own more sense of belonging, sense of honor and sense of mission, and to have a deeper understanding about the career what we are doing now.
企业文化是企业的粘合剂,可以把员工紧紧地粘合、团结在一起,朝着企业共同的目标而努力。让员工学习企业文化,就是希望得到员工理解和认同的企业使命和愿景可以更好地凝聚员工的思想,形成强有力的凝聚力,并转化为员工为之努力奋斗的具体行动。员工共同的价值观念,能创造出一种人人受重视,受尊重的文化氛围,这种氛围使每个员工做出的贡献都得到及时的赞赏和激励,从而让员工们体会到企业文化对他们生活的深刻影响,感受到企业对他们工作的认可,进而来增强企业的凝聚力。企业发展好了,员工才会有好的发展。注重企业文化培训,增加企业凝聚力,使我们共同的宋幼事业发展的更顺利、更长远。
The enterprise culture is the adhesive of enterprise, which can stick the staff tightly together, unite together, and strive for the common goal of the enterprise. Let employees learn the corporate culture, and hope them to understand and agree with the corporate mission and vision, and improve the cohesion of the staff thought, to form a strong cohesive force, and transformed into concrete actions to strive for the efforts of the staff. The common values of stuff can create a valued and respected cultural atmosphere, which makes every employee’s contribution will be timely praised and encouraged.
